Do you offer express shipping?

IFAST ships standard ground only. Orders usually ship within 3 business days and arrive in about 5–10 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. No express option at this time.

Do you offer free shipping?

IFAST offers free shipping on every order within the U.S. No minimum and no shipping fees at checkout.

Who makes IFAST equipment / where is it made?

 IFAST equipment is manufactured overseas to our specifications and quality-tested before it ships from our U.S. warehouse in Corona, California. Selling factory-direct is how we keep gym-grade equipment affordable.

What's a good IFAST setup for a small space or garage?

For tighter spaces, pair our 12-position adjustable bench with a 4-ft Olympic barbell for curls and pressing; add the power cage if you have garage room — it's the anchor of a full home gym.

Do you ship to Canada?

Not at this time — IFAST currently ships within the United States only.

Is assembly required, and do you provide instructions?
