Do you offer free shipping?

Do you offer express shipping?
We ship standard ground only. Orders ship within 3 business days and arrive in about 5-10 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. There is no express option at this time.
How is heavy equipment like racks shipped?
Even large items like our power cage ship in standard boxes via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, delivered right to your door (no PO boxes), with free U.S. shipping.
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
Not at this time - IFAST currently ships within the United States only.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in California, with free shipping anywhere in the U.S.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging, and you cover return shipping. Sale / final-sale items are not returnable. If there is a quality issue, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Yes - every IFAST product carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Do you sell replacement parts?
