IFAST prides itself on fast and efficient lead times. Orders will usually ship within 3 business days once an order is placed. Tracking will become available and emailed to you once the item ships from Corona, CA.

Purchases shipping ground will be delivered to the customer’s front door unless otherwise specified. PO boxes will not be able to receive shipments.

Purchases shipping freight will require an appointment set up by the IFAST FITNESS carrier 24 hours prior to delivery and will include lift gate services to drop ship items to your curbside.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Any quality issues with your item should be reported within 30 days of delivery.Customers will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question.Please be advised that defective products and photos providing proof must not be altered or modified in any way, respectively.
